What to expect
- We take the worry out of getting a transfer on arrival.
- Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist you.
- Flight Tracking, we track the flight for all our arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, we will not leave.
- On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, our representative will be waiting to greet you. Your confirmation document will detailed the meeting point instructions. Once you’re checked-in and board your transfer, it is about 35-40 drive to your resort. Just relax and enjoy the ride.
- For Departure, customers will have detailed instructions on their confirmation document. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
Customer-First Flex Policy
- Customers can change dates for any reason up to the day of arrival at no charge.
- Customers can rebook for a later date at no charge.
- Customers can cancel at least 36 hours in advance of the date of the scheduled activity.
