Academy of Rum is a fun interactive class that allows our guests to learn the skills needed to conceive and create their own bespoke flavoured rum.
Our approach is rooted in traditional Caribbean rum making with a twist of modern innovation to teach our guests how to create truly exceptional and unique rum.
Based in the impossibly picturesque Galleon Beach Resort of Antigua’s Freeman’s Bay, our classes provide the island’s best views to accompany creating your booze
